What you will need to succeed:

One or more years of retail or customer service/call-center experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and all levels of management.
Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and computers.
Experience with MS Office.
Excellent organizational skills.
A pleasant, tactful personality.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
