Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the electrical repair and maintenance of all process and building equipment.
  • Responsible for the completion of all project/fabrication work including electrical construction as assigned by Building Operations Supervisor. Responsible for the coordination of all tasks, the procurement of all necessary parts/supplies and the timely communication and follow-up with the customer/requester.
  • Assist in the completion, implementation, and management of the Preventative Maintenance Program. Perform preventative maintenance on all process and building equipment in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program.
  • Test and inspect the electrical components of all emergency and life safety systems to meet FM, NFPA, OSHA, and all agency standards and guidelines.
  • Communicate with outside vendors as needed for service support, parts supplies, etc. Support outside contractors scheduled to complete projects within the facility.

  • Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years pirior electrical experience.
    • Ability to run conduit and EMT
    • Ability to read blueprints
    • Knowledge of how to troubleshoot electrical circuits
    • Knowledge of how to replace ballasts and LED drivers
    • Knowledge how to work and single and 3 phase motors
    • Willingness to take required COF for future flagship.
