POSITION SPECIFICS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform maintenance repairs at client's commercial and industrial properties. Including but not limited to:
  • Epoxy flooring.
  • Vinyl tile replacement.
  • Ceramic / Porcelain tile and grouting.
  • Concrete / Asphault patching.
  • Ceiling tile replacement and T-bar repair.
  • Drywall and framing.
  • Door replacement / adjustments.
  • Painting and finishing.
  • Replacing hardware and specialty equipment.
    • Door closers.
    • Restroom partitions.
    • Check stand bumpers.
    • Pallet racking.
• Document daily work activities, upload pictures to Company App-Service Fusion
• Maintains all health dept standards, laws, and regulations. Adhere to all safety codes, quality, and safety rules.
• Perform surveys on possible new work as needed.
• Flexibility as we have night/day hours and some weekends.
• Team player with the desire to foster teamwork to create a positive working environment.

EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS NEEDED

• Qualified Individuals with strong commercial construction maintenance knowledge and problem solving. Successful candidates should have 4-7 years' experience in Commercial Construction Work.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the construction trade.
• Familiarity with construction materials.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and handwritten drawings.
• Strong problem solving/critical thinking skills.
• Effective spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised.
• Attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude is required.
• Helpful to have knowledge of retail grocery stores and restaurants.
