Shape the Future of Healthcare Education: Endicott College is seeking an innovative and experienced leader to launch and direct our Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program. As the Director, you'll play a pivotal role in building a program that prepares students to make a lasting impact in healthcare.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and Lead the PA Program: Design a dynamic curriculum that meets the evolving needs of healthcare while ensuring compliance with ARC-PA accreditation standards.
  
• Drive Accreditation Success: Guide the program through initial and ongoing accreditation processes, working closely with key stakeholders.
  
• Build Strong Clinical Partnerships: Establish relationships with healthcare providers to secure clinical training sites for students.
  
• Recruit and Develop a Talented Team: Hire, mentor, and manage faculty and staff who share your passion for student success.
  
• Shape the Student Experience: Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to attract aspiring PAs to the program.
  
• Ensure Excellence: Partner with the Associate Dean of Nursing & Health Sciences on accreditation and assessment initiatives to ensure a high-quality learning environment.
  

What You'll Bring:

• Certified PA Expertise: Current or emeritus certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  
• Education & Healthcare Experience: At least three years of full-time higher education experience and three years of clinical practice.
  
• Accreditation Knowledge: Proven experience navigating accreditation processes.
  
• Commitment to Diversity: A passion for inclusive education and developing culturally competent healthcare professionals.
